Car or commercial vehicle
Most people are aware that a company provided commercial vehicle is generally more tax efficient than a car but what is a commercial vehicle for tax purposes. HM Revenue and Customs provide a list of which side of the dividing line they consider certain vans stand. However as it says this list applies to car derived vans and combi vans and does not include for example Land Rover Defenders many of which are considered to be cars.
